Airport
Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is the world’s busiest airport, so leave plenty of time to go through security and get to and from your gate.

Weather
If you are visiting in the summer, you’ll know why we’re called Hotlanta! In the winter, though, many out-of-towners are surprised to see it gets cold here—we even get snow and ice, so be prepared!

Like most big cities, our traffic is notoriously bad! The good news that for the most part, traffic lets up during off-peak hours. I-285 is our perimeter highway, and it connects three other interstates: I-20, I-85, and I-75.
